Comprehensive assessment and treatment focusing on underlying factors contributing to autism symptoms, including:
- FRAT Testing (Folate Receptor Antibody Test): A simple blood test to detect folate transport issues across the blood-brain barrier—common in autism and linked to cerebral folate deficiency.
- Leucovorin Calcium Prescription (for positive FRAT results): High-dose, prescription-form folate to bypass transport blocks, potentially reducing symptoms like stimming, sensory sensitivities (lights/sounds), and challenges with non-verbal cues/social understanding.
- Holistic Education & Guidance: Personalized advice on diet, lifestyle, allergy management, and systemic factors impacting nervous system dysregulation (e.g., inflammation, gut health).
Blended with STARR’s therapy (e.g., EMDR/Brainspotting for sensory processing), somatic coaching (breathwork/TRE for regulation), and neuropsychological testing for full insights.
