We build a therapy team around you—providers collaborate across modalities for the best fit as your needs evolve. For example, someone in supportive or CBT talk therapy might be encouraged to try a session or two of Brainspotting to uncover a blocked memory, or EMDR to fully process and reconsolidate it. This flexible blending ensures faster, deeper progress—no one-size-fits-all limits.
