Even though most of the treatment is done remotely, the warmth and care of the providers come through just as strongly as if you were meeting in person. From the very first virtual session, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely supported. The providers are incredibly compassionate and go above and beyond to make sure every patient receives the help that’s right for them. The front office staff is also extremely accessible and helpful—they're always quick to respond, answer questions, and make scheduling a breeze. Dr. Cathleen Gomez has been my psychiatrist for 5 years, since shortly after I received my diagnosis (bipolar 1 with psychotic features) after living for 13 years undiagnosed and untreated. She has shown me incredible compassion, been an amazing listener, and provided me with the best medication management I've ever had. She helped me work out nutrition and therapy needs to improve my quality of life immensely on top of the already life-changing and balanced medication she's prescribed.
